7-Day Cleanse: Rejuvenate + Reset:

Recommended ONLY for those who have experienced a colon cleanse and/or colonics within the last year or for those looking for a gentle cleanse and/or general maintenance.

10-Day Cleanse: Deep Detox

Recommended for those who have never done a detox or colon cleanse. This cleanse is best used to prepare for deeper cleanses such as a Candida Cleanse, Parasite Cleanse, etc.

    FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

  1. Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (Monday - Friday) using USPS. United States Postal Service delivery standard is 1 - 4 business days (depending on location).
  2. Flat rate shipping fee of $21 applies to each Detox Box and/or Kits (up to 2). For 3 or more Detox Boxes and/or Kits, there is a flat rate shipping fee $41.
  3. Flat rate shipping fee of $9.30 applies to all herbal packages and supplements orders shipping to United States (Mainland). We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.
  4. FREE shipping on all apparel and S.W.A.G through PRINTFUL. 
  5. LOCAL DELIVERY is available for a fee within a 20mi radius of Cedar Rapids.
  6. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with a delivery receipt and tracking information.

    7. LOCAL PICKUP

    Pickup Orders are available for FREE pickup in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
    • Orders can be picked up on Tuesdays and Fridays, from 3pm - 6pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup

    • Bring a proof of purchase (receipt and ID) to verify your pickup.

    CHECKOUT

    • During checkout, enter your address or choose the local pickup.
    • Local delivery is available for a fee for addresses within 20 mi of our shop. 
    • If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
    • Orders placed after 3pm, Monday - Friday, will be shipped within 72 hours. 
    • When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with a delivery receipt or tracking information.

     

    Costa Rica:

    FLAT RATE DELIVERY 

  7. Orders are generally shipped throughout Costa Rica within 72 hours (Monday - Friday) using a Local Bus Delivery.  Delivery standard is 1 - 4 business days (depending on location).
  8. Bus courier service is a flat rate of $10.
  9. Local Delivery is available throughout Costa Rica via a private driver at the rate of $20 - $50 (depending on location). This applies to all products up to $400. Orders exceeding $400, delivery is FREE.
  10. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive a Whatsapp, Telegram and/or email message with a delivery receipt and/or driver information
  11. Apparel and S.W.A.G through PRINTFUL is NOT available in Costa Rica.

    12. LOCAL PICKUP

    Orders are available for FREE pickup in Rivas, San Isidro De General, Tinamaste, Dominical and Uvita.

    • Address: Boxes will be available for pickup at the Local Farmers Markets in each area.

    If you receive a Box or Kit and you find something is missing, please contact me immediately.

    Las molestias en nuestro cuerpo son su voz para llevar nuestra atención a él

    Gracias a Dani por tu conocimiento en plantas!
    La limpieza me ha ayudado en muchos aspectos que no esperaba....estos son algunos de los beneficios que he podido notar en mí durante y después de la limpieza;
    - Facilidad para ir al baño y hacer caca.
    - No tuve inflamación durante mi menstruación y los dolores disminuyeron.
    - He tenido una mayor energía y claridad en mi mente.
    - Ahora tengo una mayor escucha a mi cuerpo y lo que quiere decirme, me es más fácil identificar cuando un alimento no me hace bien.

    Estos fueron algunos retos para mí durante el proceso:
    - Muchas de las plantas que debía consumir eran amargas y esto pusó a prueba mi mente y me di cuenta que muchas veces para cambiar nuestra alimentación debemos empezar por cambiar nuestra mentalidad hacia los alimentos y consumirlos desde el amor hacia nosotros mismos.
    - No consumir sal y azúcar en los alimentos te acerca al sabor real de cada alimento y en algunos momentos sentía necesidad de consumir azúcar, pero si utilizas la mente a tu favor puedes dirigir tu mente a otros aspectos de tu vida y así olvidas que querías azúcar.

    Mis mayores aprendizajes hasta el momento:
    * Me di cuenta que la grandeza de la vida se encuentra en su simplicidad....porque entre más simple preparamos nuestros alimentos mejor es para nuestro cuerpo.
    * Simplificar nuestras comidas simplifica nuestra vida.
    * Muchas veces lo primero que necesita nuestro cuerpo es nuestra atención y que le escuchemos.
    * Las molestias en nuestro cuerpo son su voz para que cuidemos de él.

    Estas han sido mis observaciones durante y después de la limpieza, pero he notado cada día más beneficios, por lo que estoy segura que mi vida seguirá mejorando gracias a esto.
