Within the Somatic Awareness, we bring energy, motion, and emotion to that which is stagnant in our lives, as this stagnation often reflects in our worldly experiences as well as our internal digestion. By moving the body in soft and subtle ways, we open the subtle channels of energy between the organs, articulate the intestinal muscles and massage the kidneys, and assist peristalsis (bowel movements).

Anne is a Somatic Awareness Facilitator based out of San Diego, California.

Anne currently draws upon two decades of professional dancing to facilitate spaces for people to do deep embodiment work. She uses the modalities of somatic awareness, improvisation, yoga, meditation, or dance training to hold the potential for emerging revelations within the heart-minds of participants.

Creativity and self-expression are a conduit for healing mind-body dualism. Working with movement & attention is foundational to resolving the common mis-conception that inner and outer worlds are somehow separate.
