SHIPPING POLICY

United States:

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

  • Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (Monday - Friday) using USPS. United States Postal Service delivery standard is 1 - 4 business days (depending on location).
  • Flat rate shipping fee of $21 applies to each Detox Box and/or Kits (up to 2). For 3 or more Detox Boxes and/or Kits, there is a flat rate shipping fee $41.
  • Flat rate shipping fee of $9.30 applies to all herbal packages and supplements orders shipping to United States (Mainland). We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.
  • FREE shipping on all apparel and S.W.A.G through PRINTFUL. 
  • LOCAL DELIVERY is available for a fee within a 20mi radius of Cedar Rapids.
  • When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with a delivery receipt and tracking information.

    • LOCAL PICKUP

    Pickup Orders are available for FREE pickup in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
    • Orders can be picked up on Tuesdays and Fridays, from 3pm - 6pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup

    • Bring a proof of purchase (receipt and ID) to verify your pickup.

    CHECKOUT

    • During checkout, enter your address or choose the local pickup.
    • Local delivery is available for a fee for addresses within 20 mi of our shop. 
    • If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
    • Orders placed after 3pm, Monday - Friday, will be shipped within 72 hours. 
    • When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with a delivery receipt or tracking information.

     

    Costa Rica:

    FLAT RATE DELIVERY 

  • Orders are generally shipped throughout Costa Rica within 72 hours (Monday - Friday) using a Local Bus Delivery.  Delivery standard is 1 - 4 business days (depending on location).
  • Bus courier service is a flat rate of $10.
  • Local Delivery is available throughout Costa Rica via a private driver at the rate of $20 - $50 (depending on location). This applies to all products up to $400. Orders exceeding $400, delivery is FREE.
  • When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive a Whatsapp, Telegram and/or email message with a delivery receipt and/or driver information
  • Apparel and S.W.A.G through PRINTFUL is NOT available in Costa Rica.

    • LOCAL PICKUP

    Orders are available for FREE pickup in Rivas, San Isidro De General, Tinamaste, Dominical and Uvita.

    • Address: Boxes will be available for pickup at the Local Farmers Markets in each area.

    The following items can't be returned or exchanged

    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
    • Herbs, Supplements or Detoxification Products

    • Coaching Sessions
    • Detoxification Programs

    I gladly accept exchanges on the following items

    Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
    Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

    Missing items

    If you receive a Box or Kit and you find something is missing, please contact me immediately.

    Conditions of return

    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
